What if it breaks?
If something breaks, we get the alert and we fix it. A call can move to a text, then to an email, so the request still has a path.

Yes. It is adjustable. Change a script, a time, or a rule any time you grow.
Will it sound like a robot?
It uses your greeting and your answers. You approve the words it speaks.
